Who we are. WebOps Foundry is a trading name of FlowPulse Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12213775. FlowPulse Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@webopsfoundry.co.uk.

What we collect

When you request a quote or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and website address, together with the details of your project. We also record the time of the request.

When you give us a website address, we make one request to its public homepage to see which platform and versions it runs. We do not log in, scan for vulnerabilities or collect personal data from your site.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. It does not set advertising cookies, and this website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer your request and prepare a quote. These are steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To deliver the work and invoice for it if you accept a quote (contract, and our legal obligations for accounting records).
  • To keep a record of past enquiries and work for our legitimate interest in running the business (Article 6(1)(f)).

We use automated tools, including an AI model, to help us read a request and draft an estimate. A person reviews every estimate before anything is sent to you, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made by automated means alone.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records of work and invoices are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for company accounts.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@webopsfoundry.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
